Our Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting our independent, home-based business! We take immense pride in handcrafting our pottery, soaps, honey, candles, and apparel items. Because of the unique nature of our products, our return policy varies by item type.
- RETURN WINDOWS
- Pottery, Bowties, and Sewing Merchandise: Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Handmade Soap, Honey, and Candles: For safety and hygiene reasons, these items are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or used.
- DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS
We pack our fragile pottery with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or broken during transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will gladly ship you a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no cost to you. - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- For standard returns or exchanges (change of mind, sizing choice), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- If we made a mistake with your order, we will provide a prepaid return label.
- HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. To start a return, please send an email to wendy@wildflowerfarmhouse.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected to ensure it is in resale-ready condition, we will process your refund directly back to your original credit card within 5-7 business days.
